I've had T2D for the past 6 years and I'm now in my mid 50's.
I only take 2 x 500mg Metformin/day and follow a LCHF diet.
I'm averaging about 40-50 grams of carbs/day and I'm concerned this may not be low enough to reduce my blood sugars. I'm currently in the 6-9 range and recently tried out the Libre Sensor. I'm 90% certain that, after using the Libre, I've drastically reduced my blood sugar spikes but overall I need lower levels.
Recently started a targeted exercise routine at my local gym so hopefully this will help.
Any thoughts appreciated.
