Carbohydrates quantity to take per day

Does anyone know what carbohydrates quantity should a type2 take? What fat? And also what sugar allowed?

Is there any site where we. An calculate based on age height and weight factors?

There is no one size fits all. You should be aiming for as few carbs as you can tolerate, some people start at 100 and gradually work their way down, some start at 150. As for sugar you should aim to cut that out altogether. Fat is, again a personal thing. Some of us include saturated fat in our diet and some stick to non saturated. It is trial and error finding what suits your body. Don't forget protein in your diet, as you cut carbs you will have to replace them with fat and protein otherwise you will be hungry and you will not be getting the energy you need.
 
There are personal levels which will keep your blood glucose under control, but they are personal, you have to work out your requirements and tolerances using your blood glucose meter.
The amount one person can eat and have normal levels might be far higher or lower than another person of similar height and build.
