For us, very little. Sugar is a carbohydrate and all carbs turn into glucose in the body - some faster than others. It's safe to ignore the of which sugars bit.

The 'of which sugar' bit is just telling you what amount of the total carbs are sugar. All carbs can put your blood sugar up, not just sugar, so look at the total carbs.
