Kazlincs have a great birthday - it's not the end of the world if you have carb overload occasionally so enjoy your trip off the wagon and get back on tomorrow!

thank you! i defo wont be overloading on carbs!! eggs, chicken and mushrooms are all fine.. so the chinese is going to be ok! its literally ONLY a bit of cake! i will be sharing it with all my workmates, so i wont be having too much!

i think a piece of cake (the rest will be shared with 9 others at work!) will be fine,., my chinese food, is all chicken, mushrooms and eggs! so i dont think it will be too bad! i will be doing my meter readings to see what happens though!
