Hi, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but if someone (type 2) eats a meal that has only meat (0g carbs), will blood glucose still raise a little during the first couple of hours? I'm interested in carnivore and this is a doubt that came up.
Am I right in remembering that yellow fat is an indicator of more grass and less grain?
We used to get beef in the shops where the fat was a yellow colour, they had been run in a paddock where the invasive weed Lantana grew.Am I right in remembering that yellow fat is an indicator of more grass and less grain?
If you are brave enough (and old enough) to risk watching an expletive filled rant by Ted Nugent on the Joe Rogan show, search in browser or Youtube for "Ted Nugent on Vegan". He makes a lot of sense, even if he does have a potty mouth that offends the forum rules too much to be posted here![]()
I sent the link to my butchers facebook page as he has got excellent rants about vegans and the anti meat brigade. If you are brave enough (and old enough) to risk watching an expletive filled rant by Ted Nugent on the Joe Rogan show, search in browser or Youtube for "Ted Nugent on Vegan".
