cauliflower bread

One of the chefs on the Great British Menu made cauliflower bread. A quick google shows up some really interesting recipes. Anyone tried, or made, it?
 
Looks delicious - I will have a go at making it this weekend.

I'm sorry but that sounds absolutely disgusting, as does cauliflower rice/mash!
 
No way! Cauli mash and rice are brilliant! Had the mash tonight. Have some cheese and butter in the mash. Turmeric, onion seeds and cumin in the rice. Yum!
 
Looked on the great British chef site and couldn't find the recipe. Where did you look? Thx
 
I haven't looked on the website. It was mentioned on the program, so did a google for "cauliflower bread" and a a load of recipes came up.
 
has anyonemade it yet?

i tried making flax bread and it was vile lol
 
No, sorry! If you have a go, let me know what it's like. I've got a recipe for LC bread that works quite well. The topic is called "perfect bread recipe", I have my daily sandwich bread from it.
