cauliflower bread

One of the chefs on the Great British Menu made cauliflower bread. A quick google shows up some really interesting recipes. Anyone tried, or made, it?

I'm sorry but that sounds absolutely disgusting, as does cauliflower rice/mash!

No way! Cauli mash and rice are brilliant! Had the mash tonight. Have some cheese and butter in the mash. Turmeric, onion seeds and cumin in the rice. Yum!

I haven't looked on the website. It was mentioned on the program, so did a google for "cauliflower bread" and a a load of recipes came up.

Ok so I found some recipe and I made a bread. It tastes very nice but its not a bread. Don't even try to make a sandwich with it
But its really nice thing to eat with nice soft texture. I put it on my blog with the picture
