Chuck Eye beef from the pasture fed beef farm shop with salad for dinner. I also picked up flat iron steaks, bavette steak and beef short ribs which I slow cooked in stock from last weeks bones. We use a slow cooker to cook them as well.So I bought a cows tongue from the butcher yesterday.

Yes. It hard not too. It looks a little too real to eat if you don’t lolWe use a slow cooker to cook them as well.
