Celebrating

I know it's a little early but I'm 9days into zero processed sugar, zero sweeteners and low carbs.

The headache is receding, today I felt OK for the first time and this evening I had 7.7 bg at two hours after my meal. It's been 13-18 up to now. So Yey! Go me!

And to celebrate I ordered a new handbag with the money saved on chocolate and pop
