I wonder if anyone has heard of this American ‘wonder’ cure?! I have tried to find any comments or criticisms online but without success. It’s very expensive and probably a scam but I would like to hear from anyone who has any further information. I have just been diagnosed with prediabetes and am obviously being very careful with diet etc.

There is no wonder cure.
Keep your money in your pocket and use it to buy fresh quality food like meat, cheese and vegetables.

I think you'd be better off learning about how diabetes works than pursuing miracle cures.
So please ask all the questions you have and have a read around the forum. Many of our members have found they could get their blood glucose to healthy numbers by adjusting what they eat.

I am coming up to 5 years from diagnosis - there is nothing wrong with me, it was being told that I should eat a 'healthy' diet which did the damage - the same thing happens if you put the wrong fuel in a car.
 

I’ve learned a good deal about the condition already (my daughter in law has had type 1 for years). I’m adjusting my sugar intake etc, but just came across this Ceracare while browsing and wanted to know what people thought!
 
If it's so good then they can perform a double blind scientific trial and demonstrate its benefits.
 
It is marketed as a dietary supplement only and is therefore not tested or approved by the FDA in America. Its website has all the hallmarks of a scheme designed to get money out of people: vague unsubstantiated claims e.g. 'flushing out toxins', etc, basic spelling errors, no actual data. One more mug's game!

Interestingly, I just googled this "product." & a screen grab "review" on it..
It seems to scream "scam" without trying not to look like the usual scam.. Which is how most scams erm, scam?

I won't post the link on here (inappropriate.)
but there was screen grab of "genuine" reviews from "people" who've left comments saying in general, "It arrived safely & can't wait to give it a go.."

That's not a product review. Just positive testament to the dispatch department in the warehouse & the postal service..
 
What the sellers are really good at is swamping search engines with a positive link to their product whenever anyone enters scam, review, shock or any other key word.
 
It looks like an unpleasant scam aimed at well-meaning but vulnerable people. There's an absolute wealth of horrible facebook and youtube nonsense about it- common with scams aimed at an older demographic, and when I got close to an ingredient list, it looks like your standard vitamin/mineral/herbal supplement. Certainly, there's nothing in the ingredients that would lower blood sugar per se. If you're pre-diabetic, the easier and more effective solution is to cut carbs out of your diet. If you need medication, get something proven from your GP.
