Going to give that a try. ThanksI use this. Better than Crunchy Nut Cornflakes and Alpen, rolled into one. Delicious, and doesn't raise my blood glucose at all - provided I don't use milk. I use dilute cream instead.

(I have never found a commercial breakfast cereal, porridge or muesli that doesn't raise my blood glucose silly-high, so I have to go the low carb DIY route)

That look yummy, might have to make some at the weekend. I do miss my morning cereal. Sometimes I'd kill for a bowl of porridge or crunchy nut cornflakes!Hello. I use this one http://www.ditchthecarbs.com/2014/06/17/grain-free-granola. You need to watch it carefully for twenty minutes but it makes enough for me for a couple of weeks and I love the crunch on my yogurt in the mornings.
