changed to low carb

Started cutting down on carbs 5 days ago and found a marked improvement on
my bgl 6.2 befor breakfast 5.0 before lunch 5.1 befor dinner 6.2 2hours after dinner
4.9 before bed. I was always between 10 to 13bgl.
I bought a collins carb count book very helpful. :lol:

on nights just got up reading 4.2 this is great had some maceral in brine with i slice toast cup of tea :lol:
