After a first diagnosis based on an oral glucose test value of 12 .1, my Hba1c was 45. Weight loss of 16 kilos led 1.5 year later to an Hba1c of 44.,Thus stayed like this for 4 years. Now last July a surprising 48. My reaction was quite resigned, I didn’t change that much but my result after a test this week was 41. Very pleased but also surprised at it seems so random. Anyone with similar experiences or with some explanation? Thanks!
