Changing battery on vibe

When you have to change the battery on the vibe, do you have to do a rewind, load, prime after as well to ensure everything is still ok,
 
yeah best to do it with an entire change out. even more complicated if you are using CGM by the way.
 
im using a medtronic and change the battery when needed without any problems...............

i think there will be a smaller battery in there to power some kind of memory anyway......

Make sure you change it when no insulin on board as the calculation is gone from any extra boluses.
Yes as already stated by @Engineer88 you need to rewind. So all you do for safety is remove tubing from cannulas and go through the button pushes no need to take the cartridge out and just prime 1 unit. Not found a problem with CGM as haven't lost any data or needed to restart the sensor.
 
I couldnt remember if a restart was needed thanks Carbs, I need to change battery soon
