Checking foods

Total carbs as all carbs turn to sugar
 
Total carbs unless you are in the US as there the fibre is added in - ruminants can digest fibre, but Humans don't have enough stomachs for that trick.
In the UK the package shows net carbs, the digestible ones.

I am SO grateful for the detailed labelling that is mandatory on food packs nowadays. In the past diabetics were so much less fortunate than us in so many ways.
 
How many carbs are yoy suppose to have a day as a type2 ?

As many or as few as you like! Your meter will tell you what your personal tolerance is if you use it correctly. On this forum we vary from virtually no carbs to as many as 150g. So much depends on what your pancreas can cope with.
