Are all cheeses really OK.

I used to be a mad chaeese lover, before I wanted to loose weight (ages before I got diagnosed type2)

Since I found out, I have stopped my nightly glass of milk as this seems to be high carb, so I wonder if there is any cheese to steer clear of.

The M & S Mozorella and Tomatoe salad only has 3.5g per 100g so this seems really good, and I could eat a couple of those at lunch.

It depends what sort of diet you are following. Is you are on a reduced carb diet then full fat cheeses are really not a problem as you will get your calcium from them.If you do eat carbs however then weight gain from the combination of fat and carbs could be a problem.

cheese without crackers or toast id great for low carbers. full of calcium and keeps away hunger

I have a pint of milk every night, could this be why i've stopped losing weight, i'm on a very low carb diet.

Semi - skimmed milk is only 5 carbs/100g. I have a glass a day with no problems.

250 ml is about .44 pint, this has around 12 carbs.
