Can anyone tell me where to get Chia seeds seems they are a superfood I have looked in H&B but can't see them in there

Are there fashions in superfoods do you think not that long ago people were going mad for Goji berries and Quoina was the new super grain and for a while we heard about the virtues of beetroot juice...tried that it was horrible... and Acia was another super juice now it seems coconut water is the new super drink so I wonder what we will be told is the latest must have food or juice

Tesco apparently sell them but I buy mine through Amazon..

Holland & Barrett do sell Chia Seeds, the company who supply them is called Neals Yard Wholefoods.

You might want to get milled chia seeds. They don't stick in my teeth as much as whole seeds!

Milled ground flax is a must unless going to mill yourself....

Try googling " Bulk Powders ", Chia seeds are £6.99 for 500g with free delivery .

I use them daily for Chia "porridge " at around 10g carb per serving . They don't really have a taste of their own, so I add vanilla, caramel or coconut flavouring, and it's really nice :)

I got 1kg from Amazon seller for £9.39 inc of delivery.

I use bulk powders for coconut oil, coconut products.
Their coconut oil is to me better than any other on the market that I have tried.
