Choc cake and 60 units

Hello Jack,
Not going to argue with you here as not helpful to Martin .
(no ban issued to janewatt ) removed unnecessary comments - anna29 mod edit

But psychotic symptoms can be fleeting and not too alarming. Being psychotic does not mean "away with fairies".

Best wishes,
Jane.

Is it wrong for me to not want to feel better? I dont want to be cheerful and laughing and joking.

I just dont know wot to do anymore im in a dark pit and the floor is going down deeper as time goes on. Not down just dont know where to turn.

It's not wrong for not wanting to feel better. However, behind those thoughts will be reasons why you don't want to be cheerful and laughing.

It may be that your present circumstances are a bummer or previous ones or a combination of both. However, whatever the circumstances / reasons are, we will not pry. You are not alone in your feelings. We are glad that you have started to talk to us and you have friends and support here.

We're not specialists in anything but 'life experiences'.... You know that dark pit and floor you have referred to? Well just see us as a very thick cushioning/trampoline to that floor... And we're here to comfort before you jump on to that trampoline and head back toward that light at the end of that tunnel.

You're not alone...

Hi @martin80 ,

Just to say, from what you describe, it does sound pretty dark place, but the mere fact you can describe it means you have your reasoning still intact.

If your offered it, that's treatment at a center, then go for it, you will find even the first day there that there will be an enormous load lifted from you.

Please tell us how you get on.

Neil

All this is a familiar feeling to you probably and you don't know how to move on
or away from it all .
This will need professional help and steerage Martin .
Via the hospital or psychology (mental health) team .
Have you ever been admitted in before ?
What do you refer to with your moods and might do 'it again' ?

We will chat with you and support you especially with how you feel
and cope with your diabetes .
Can you tell us more about your diabetes ?
Then we can understand/know more of your struggles .

@martin80 try not to see it as 'being admitted' but as some much needed help, support and guidance, a more positive way of your thought process, if you can?

RRB :)
