Chocolate fondant/pudding recipe

After seeing the valentines M&S ad on the telly, I am looking for a low carb alternative to the chocolate pudding/fondant dessert. You know the one, warm chocolate sponge with chocolate fondant oozing from within.........not surprisingly I would like to make one now. Would prefer not to risk having the real thing though but don't want to go without!

Try the 3 min mug cake recipe.
Add cocoa to the mix.
Bury a square or two of choc into the middle.
Cook a fraction less than the recipe says.
Wait a min or two.
Enjoy.
