I bought some Cacao nibs today. Yes, these were quite hard and crunchy, like coffee beans. Quite bitter. I sprinkled some on some Greek yoghurt with raspberries.

I’ve been eating this dessert, based on the inspiration of your photo @Listlad It’s pretty good. I can’t eat much fruit due to a geographic tongue condition - so I have about 5 raspberries, lots of Greek yogurt and a good sprinkle of the cocoa nibs, which seem to add a bit of balance and textural interest. Thanks for sharing!
