Ok so im pretty weak on this subject, finally got the full set of results for my cholesterol from a few weeks ago:
Serum lipid levels
Serum triglyceride levels 1.3 mmol/L
Serum cholesterol level 4.7 mmol/L
Serum HDL cholesterol level 0.85 mmol/L
Serum cholesterol/HDL ratio 5.5
Serum non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level 3.9 mmol/L
My reading tells me its not dreadful but its not good? Any thoughts from you experiences practitioners?
I just found that the online services seem to have loads of information i have never seen before which is nice, can get at all my test results and such in full.
