Cinnamon

Mmmm. Not sure about this. Have heard a few bits about it but I love cinammon and have always eaten it with everything that I can get away with. Didn't stop me getting T2 diabetes though. :(
 
There are a large number of threads on the forum where Cinnamon etc is discussed. There are those that claim it has given them some benefit and then those like myself for whom it did nothing at all !

Whenever considering any sort of supplement you should also carefully check it out and see if there are any interactions or side effects which may apply. Sometimes certain drugs can react with them.
If you find it OK try it for yourself - we are all different after all.
