Citrafleet bowel cleaner

Yes, I know, not a very pleasant subject but I have to have a CT scan next week as I suffer from Crohn's disease as well as being T1. I've just collected the prescribed medication to clear the bowel - Citrafleet - and, reading up it states that it can affect the BG levels quite dramatically.

Has anyone else had this medication and, if so, how did it affect your you BG tests?

Yep...and I was ok... But my levels at the time were very flat anyway and under 6.0 constantly. Don't know if this was why I was ok.. Was on pump at time and kept food to a minimum for 3 days prior to using....

No problems at all
