Last summer was the first time i was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. In late august i started my lchf diet with great result,my recent Hb1Ac recently is 5.4%(35.5mmol). But summer is back and with this hot humid air you can't help but think about the cold drinks you enjoyed every summer like a coke. Not only coke i also crave juice like cold orange juice. Although i noticed its just craving for a cold drink and after a nice icy water the craving goes away. But it always comes back always there lingering
How did you guys who have been doing this for years and maybe had the same problem with soft drinks deal with this craving? no sugar ice tea???
Also i tried searching but i couldn't find anything on the topic, what is the opinion of members here on coca cola zero? is it safe?
