Hi everyone for those who like sugar here is an alternative it's raw organic crystallised coconut blossom nectar. There are carbs 93.1g based on 100g serving so imagine just having 1 teaspoon wow that's a great New Years gift. Taste is great in porridge coffee tea. in fact it's great in all foods in place of sugar. As for me I only have the nectar in my porridge. You can pick up this in most good health shops such as Holland and Barrett. It's 100% raw. I don't know if anyone else as tried it. It's worth checking with your doctor first. Have a good start to 2016

93 grams of carb per 100 carb serving? You are kidding? That would be absolutely appalling for anyone with diabetes!!
Is this post for real?o_O

That is much higher carb than I want to eat, I am afraid.

Not much different from using table sugar.

Saw it the other day .... over six quid a bag which if it were the size of a normal two pound bag og Tate and Lyles would be arounf eighteen quid a bag!!!!! The best thing to do is try to retrain your taste buds not to want sugar or fake sugars .... I've almost eliminated sugar completely.
