Cold

What are the best things to take for a cold? Just started getting sore throat last night blocked nose and now a wee cough.

Any help would be good. Need shot of it quick as have a new born child in the house.

If you can get to Holland and Barratt, buy some Echinacea. You can take a course of it, but I take 3 a day for a couple of days at the first sign of a cold. It boosts your immune system. I don't get colds or cold sores anymore. Swear by it.
