COLLECTIVE for DIABETICS

I was reading an article this morning about a "bloat" of hippopotamuses. You also, of course, get a school of Whales, a shoal of fish and a murder of crows. So what would the collective word for a group of diabetics be? Would we be a "suite" of diabetics? Or maybe a needle of diabetics? Or perhaps even a moan of diabetics? What do you think?
