The CoFiD - Composition of Foods Integrated Dataset is about as good as you'll find and covers hundreds of foods. It was first established in 1940. Up to recently it was only available as an Excel spreadsheet (massive!) but has now been released as a searchable on-line database.
For anyone adept with Excel and databases it's relatively easy to import the Excel data and create your own off-line database - I did this with the 2015 release of the data and have it on my phone and PC, but the on-line 2019 version is quick and easy to use.
