Compression Low?

I know there have been other posts about compression lows but I’m new to the Libre and not sure if this is what’s going on.

I seem to go low during the night according to the Libre. I’ve attached an example of what the profile looks like. Is this a real low or compression low?

I also spike after eating so experimenting with injecting my Novorapid 10-15 minutes before eating.

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked with a finger test when the low shows? The spikes may be lessened with a longer gap before eating.

The only way to be 100% certain is to finger prick at the same time.
For me, compression low seems to be a small number of readings lower than everything else and usually in the low 2s.
But remember Libre is not 100% accurate, especially in higher or lower readings and we are all different.

Personally, as a one off, I would not worry. If this happens about the same time every night, I would investigate.

Thanks - looks like blood test in the middle of the night is needed! Trying to lengthen the time between injecting and eating but not always practical at work.
