Prediabetes confused about diagnosis

Don't feel any symptom, Hba1c 38, Fasting level between 5 to 5.5, Blood glucose PP After breakfast/ lunch between 6 to 7 but after dinner some times it comes around 8

Only a hba1c test can give you a diagnosis but those figures look normal to me.
If you are worried, see a doctor.

Pre diabetes starts at 41 but as stated above it is best to talk to your doctor about it.
