I'm Kelly age 33 mum of 4... I had gestational diabetes in my last pregnancy little man now 10 weeks old and consultant sent me for an ogtt last week which came back borderline type 2.
He wants to treat with Metformin but sent me for a hb1ac? So GP would issue perscriprtions........ it came back within normal range now I'm really confused. Has anyone come across this before? Waiting on a call back from diabetic nurses however they are not the fastest in the world!!
