Constipation

Sugar free dulcolax is prescribable in bottles, lots easier to take than tablets where you have to take a set dosage in the tablet..
 
I took 2 senokots on thursday night. Constipation seems to be the opposite of what's happening now. Apparently this Senna stuff is not good. I'm not inclined to argue

I guess it has to be imported. The sort of place that sells it isn't a cheap place anyway; it's a specialist product and I've never seen it on sale in regular supermarkets.

No, It is available very inexpensively here in the UK too. You just need to shop around. I get excellent value on Amazon with free P&P.
 
Lots of veg, but also enough fat in your diet.
 
I wish I hadn't taken that Senokot on thursday. That stuff is rough!

Ever since then, my stomach has been rumbling a lot between meals. Anyone know a good low carb remedy?

Relaxation, gentle walking and time.
 
Noise in your stomach at least proves its working!! And less likely to be bunged up.. it should be a warning for you to recognise when it isnt making noises that it is slow and may need diff food or medication to help it.....

Walking is the best thing!!
