Ah - you see, I quite like seeing consultants because I go in with a stack of questions and a requirement for answers. My OH tells me I have a don't-f-with-me aura at times and if I need the aura to get answers then so be it! Right now I'm disappointed its been cancelled because I want to discuss vitamin B12 and whether I should be tested for deficiencies.

Hi. I see my DN at the surgery normally once a year but it had been 6 months when my HBa1C started to move upwards. I'm on MDI but still listed, wrongly, as T2 so have not been referred to the clinic but I'm happy with my surgery and DN. I can always make an earlier appointment if I'm worried and it's me who makes the appointment armed with a bloods form from the last appointment.
