Perhaps only 4 out of 8 wrong if you're OK with carrots - but how would you know that unless you test with a BG meter?

Wot, no fruit? No 5 a day? I am happy with Olive Oil, but not the others. This advice is low in calcium if you are picky and take the fishbones out before eating.
