Conversion chart from mmol to mg

Hi

I am after some advice really as I have been a Diabetic for 57 years and monitored my Blood glucose levels via a Contour machine in mmol's whilst living in the UK nearly all of my life. Since moving to France recently I have been told they cannot supply the Contour strips for my blood monitor so have given me a new machine "One touch" but the readings are in mg's. I have no idea of the conversion values so until I get used to it I am trying to find a conversion chart. Can you guide me in the right direction as I found one on Diabetes UK but it is the chart for HBA1C test score and I do not think it is what I am after as I need more results than it offers me. Thank you for any help.

Hi @Rita_Kiely Welsome to the forum. To convert from mg/dl to mmol you simply divide by 18, e.g. 90 mg/dl = 5 mmol.
