I've searched everywhere online for this, but can't seem to find an answer.

Does anyone know how to convert mU/L to mg/dL/U?

What are you trying to convert? Blood glucose units or insulin units?

The two you have described are not convertible...

BG units are: 1 mmol/l = 18 mg/dl, approximately.

I've never seen something described in mU/L before!
