Hi .I' wondering about the use of cook in sauces .Specifically Aldi's "Chilli" and "Thai green sauce" ...I know in an ideal world i'd make my own but these are family favourites and both come in at under 10carbs per 100grms and under 12 when divided by 4 for the family .I'd be using lean mince and chicken .Clearly I can't have rice with them so will replace with cauli or cabbage but would we still class these as reasonable low carb ? I'm aiming for between 75/100 carbs a day and no meal with more than 35 carbs total.
