I’m a primary school teacher in my forties with type 1 diabetes and a prosthetic aortic heart valve. Some are advising me to self isolate but the messages are mixed. Could anybody offer advice.
Despite the above, I am generally well and fully functioning!

You have to put your health first and if you feel it’s the right decision then do it, don’t feel pressured by anybody but do go with your gut feeling as it has to be the right decision for you.
