Cough sweets?

Hi, Ive got a raging sore throat and am wondering what I can have in relation to cough/cold sweets please?
 
@Nanny_B There are some sugar-free sweets like Mentholyptus and sugar-free Tunes. You can also get sugar-free Strepsils :)
 
But has the sugar been substituted with artificial sweetners than apparently can raise blood sugar even more than sugar!
