@Trishhh if your GP cannot help, there is other options, my surgery is quite big and has a part time counsellor, I was fortunate, you may get some interim treatment, the counselling service is, as is the whole NHS, really busy. But keep fighting, you need help, and never forget, you can vent here, or ask questions.@Lamont D I'm sorry to hear you've gone through such a tough time, and I'm very grateful to you for sharing your story with us and to encourage me. I'll take your advice and talk to my GP.
