Here's the gluten free Yorkshire Pud recipe my daughter uses. They were very tasty. She says itst rice flour she uses. Oh, and pinch of salt.

It was lovely to have them but went all too quickly. They are home safely now. My friend and I had our Christmas Dinner from yesterday's leftovers plus a fruit cake I'd made for our with brandy sauce
