Hi i am T2 diagnosed 14 months ago. I have been took off meds as numbers were really good. Ive noticed that if my numbers spike, my pee feels hot. Sorry if TMI. Is this normal? Also, the blood flow and reactions in my feet are fine. Just lately i find my feet feel sore underneath, but no obvious signs of anything?

Hi. So - what is your current HbA1c? you say your "numbers spike", what does that actually mean? And when you say your "pee feels hot", is that temperature, or a burning sensation?

It's really hard to know how to reply without that information. As you know, no-one on here can or should try to diagnose anything - but some people might have experienced something similar. It's perfectly normal for blood glucose to rise (and fall) in response to a range of things, only one of which is food. And the other thing is that not everything is caused by diabetes.
