Cramp

does anyone else have a problem with cramp? It never used to be bad but now whenever I tense a muscle I instantly get cramp, not sure if it has anything to do with being diabetic but worth a shot to see if any else has the same thing.

I think its associated with low level of magnesium. I used to have them but since taking supplements its all fine

Since i have gone very low carb, i now supplement potassium, magnesium and add a bit of extra salt to food. It has made a huge difference - cramps were regular, esp in hot weather. Now they are a thing of the past.
