Type 2 Cramps

Only if I don't take the recommended 3-5gms of salt a day.

I did when I first started on low carb eating. Often it’s due to magnesium deficiency. I put it right by using magnesium spray, sprayed on to the skin and rubbed in at night. Magnesium is absorbed better via the skin than by mouth. Once I had got on top of the cramps with the spray I maintain my intake by using pink Himalayan salt.

That makes sense now... I've just started Keto, and everywhere says not to bother with normal salt but to go for Pink Himalayan.
