Goodness I've no idea?? I don't know how to check either....Hi there, how are your electrolytes looking? Getting enough sodium, potassium and magnesium?
Oh wow, thank you I'll have a look on Amazon for itIn my early days of low carbing I suffered badly with night cramps in my feet. After posting on this forum someone suggested magnesium deficiency. Magnesium isn’t absorbed well by mouth so it was suggested I bought some spray, which is applied to the skin and rubbed in. This I did and the cramps went away. I now maintain my magnesium intake by using pink Himalayan salt in my cooking. As well as sodium it contains magnesium and potassium.
