How can something so low in carbs taste so good?

Is this a "compliant foodstuff for us betes folks to eat?

Seems too good to be true

I've been eating it on it's own over the weekend.

Tastes much better than most Greek style yoghurts

Having no energy as this is so limiting.
I use it to stop my weight going down too low! So do be careful and as ever - test, test, test! :D

I've tried just about every different creme fraiche variety I could get my hands on now.

By my taste bud test, the best tasting one by a country mile is the Tesco finest, Creme Fraiche D' Isigny.

Anyone found one that tastes better than this???

Rude people! Not being able to do the things I want to do.
I like that one as well. The Co-op's low fat Creme Fraiche is good as well.

The strange thing with anything low fat Sue is that it usually means more carbs. :?

Why is that?
