(I do not accept there is any similarity between type 1 and type 2, there is only one diabetes} We LOSE weight with diabetes where older people's weight usually increase!)
After reading this. I sat and had a good, old chat with my pancreas and it still refuses to chuck out any insulin. In fact, it laughed at me and flounced around in my abdominal cavity.
Type 1 is believed to be an autoimmune disease whose cause is mysterious.
it is of course not unusual for Type 2 to morph into Type 1 over time.
(Since I am not an expert, and only recently diagnosed, I probably made some mistakes in this post so please correct my mistakes!)
Well, sorry, but, you did ask...!
I read this post and had to look at the date to check it wasn't April 1st!!!I have both type 2 diabetes and IBS,a horrible combination. The OPs theories about the cause of IBS are a laugh,I'm certainly not an overly tidy person at times when I'm crafting just plain untidy! Why is it so difficult to cure diabetes (I do not accept there is any similarity between type 1 and type 2, there is only one diabetes} We LOSE weight with diabetes where older people's weight usually increase!) A large amount of money is provided for research but of course this is spent looking for pills and potions. Why do doctors not ask what major events their patients have suffered recently and work out what indecision they have suffered. Yes it doesn't sound much but if there is no viruses or other external causes what else can it be? Also I remember at school, before I knew anything about diabetes, I was told the ancient Greeks gave name to the condition and they treated the condition by TALKING to their patients. Why would this name stick unless they had some success. The important thing to understand is we ALL think in the same way although of course the particular cause in all of us may be completely different. Patients with irritable bowel system are usually overly tidy people. It would strike me if they have trouble keeping there home tidy or their work space then they ''tidy their body".
This may be of no interest to anyone at the moment but as for cures a simple exercise can prevent strokes and other illnesses. Simply lying flat on your back on a carpet with no pillows and stretching our muscles regularly up our bodies for a count of 5 will release any muscles locked up. It's a muscle in the artery which locks up and causes a blockage from my experience and of course I'm not a doctor.
Lie on your back arms by your side and relax, press your toes forward count to 5 and then pull the toes back for a count of 5 and then tighten the buttocks similarly. Then move up to the stomach and again a count of 5, then the shoulders and finally the head we screw our faces into a simple funny face and the lie back and think of something pleasant and not energetic.

Well I laid on my back, arms by my side.
Press toes forward. Should have clenched buttocks first. Apologies to wife, smell lingered.
Tensed up buttocks. Wife said " stop that, we're not due an early night "
Worked up to stomach. Apologised to wife again, smell wasn't as bad this time
Shoulders and face went okay.
Laid back and thought of something pleasant and non- energetic. Might try for the early night after all.
Still ruddy T1 diabetic though.

Talk about what ... economics war gardening shoe making?
Talk to someone and their serious illness goes away?
I'm thinking this is a windup merchant.
That is so very funny, thanks, your poor wife, give her a peg next timeWell I laid on my back, arms by my side.

For ND to reverse T2 you have to have been fairly recently diagnosed. In the second trial, the last one for which we have formal results, it worked for 87% of the group who had been diagnosed up to 4 years, and 50% of the group who had been diagnosed for up to 6 years. Any low cal diet for any length of time will work as long as you lose weight off your liver down to your "personal fat threshold". This varies from person to person but is thought to be around 15% of your weight at initial diagnosis. (Then test). Why is it so difficult to cure diabetes (I do not accept there is any similarity between type 1 and type 2, there is only one diabetes} We LOSE weight with diabetes where older people's weight usually increase!)
