Basically, avoid carbs, sweet sauces, and the drier the curry, the safer it is likely to be. :)

Don't know where!

However, when ever we have an Indian, I just have either the chicken tikka or tandoori chicken and salad, with a smidgen of curry sauce over the salad.

Do you know? I might just order one!!!!!!!

Had a homemade chicken tikka for myself that the wife cooks from the sauce available at any good stockists! Prefer pattak's for taste and consistency.
Believe @Brunneria makes a similar recipe from scratch!

Whilst shopping I nearly picked up a ready made makanwhala to try!
Glad I didn't, more than a lot of carbs in it!
