I've just seen an advertisement on TV for Saturday's Daily Mail. It will be highlighting the Diabetes Epidemic, the work of Dr. David Unwin and give recipes. I have never bought the DM in my life but will looking out for a cafe copy!

It's so exciting @shelley262 . I cant wait to read it all. I feel the snowball is getting bigger. Honoured to be a part of it in a small way. Same page as Dr Unwin no less. I'm in awe!!!

Im not ashamed to say this, I love the Daily Mail, but only read online but will definitely be investing in hard copies this week!

The journalist who interviewed me seemed to have a good understanding of the low carb programme which was unusual! She also seemed to want to discuss its wider impact looking at improvements in health generally - including my better mental health - so will be good if this is featured too rather than just the usual weight loss stuff!

Each time I see something in the media there is more and more info on the benefits of low carb. This one is spread over 6 days! Lots of info advice, recipes, case studies and much more. It feels like it really is snowballing. Happy days.
 
Hopefully those of us on the Forum will have a bite of the interview.
 
It's really great @shelley262. Newspaper article on page 44 PLUS lots more info in the weekend mag including some great recipes!!! All good stuff. Looking forward to seeing you in there this week and reading more.

@Debandez has mentioned forum in article and positive, and knowing Debra, that she mentioned the forum lots in her iv. in my case study - not published yet - I said a lot about the support on the forum during my iv with journo and how key it was to my progress so hoping they stress this too. It’s hard to know the slant the journos decide on when they write!

I agree the recipes are interesting too the new pizza base using courgette more looks worth a go different to others I’ve seen
