Thank you....i managed to stay on lchf today... would u believe that tonight already i feel better! @Kristin251. Yes @Oldvatr..u are spot on! The more fat i eat the more weight i gain. Thanks you and the others on this great forum i have been given support and advice and on the road to weight loss again.
